The house was restored by a family who were living here all year round. For this reason, there are multiple heating systems. The property has full central heating which is operated by a large, wood burning stove. There is also a fotovoltaic system which was installed to produce electricity from the sun.

This is a true home where one can spend quality time with friends and family, not only this but they are also more sensitive to the natural landscape. This could make a sanctuary for growing organic produce or enhancing habitat for endangered plants and wildlife or even creating an environment where visitors can connect with nature.

The main house is a lovely, light, house with large rooms. The ground floor has three reception rooms, a downstairs bathroom and laundry. The kitchen is very well equipped and modern. There are beautiful stairs up to the first floor.

There are three bedrooms upstairs, one of which has a balcony. There is a very large bathroom. The windows are all insulated and of an exceptional quality opening in 2 directions. All the wood work is stunning and painted cream, to give a lighter interior.

The house is completely supplied by private water which is of a very good quality and pressure. This is cleaned twice a year.

Underneath the house, the cantinas have been converted into guest accommodation with connecting doors to allow the apartments to be either studios, 1 or 2 bedroomed.

One of the two barns is restored into a guest house comprising one bedroom, one bathroom and a living area.
